HOUF operates transparently and keeps minutes of all committee meetings, which can be shared on request. We aim to release information wherever possible, except where it may contain sensitive details about individuals, partners, or finances.

We will never share your personal information, including email addresses, outside of HOUF. Any data you provide is used only for communication related to our work.

Team communication may take place via secure channels such as email or WhatsApp, and all members are expected to handle information with care and respect.
